This model is really noisy and dusty! I am going to look for new models of Harman Stoves with easy ash removal and quiet features.

We bought a P43 Nov. 2011. We are using hardwood pellets purchased from the dealer.

A sensor went out in Jan, the dealer took care of it within a few days.

As far as the unit itself, the interior glass on ours is always coated with a sticky brown residue. I clean it (scrape it off with a window cleaning blade) and just a day or two later it is fogged / streaked up again.

There is quite a bit of dust, it floats all over the first floor. We definitely did not expect this much dirt so now we have to decide whether to install some type of air filter or do we get rid of the unit.
